Sagio's administration program, Essay©, is a user friendly Windows program, that unites all the company's administrative staff systems.

Essay provides a unique view and an efficient database administration as it is possible to administer all functions like for instance access control, payment, time registration and copy and print control, from one platform.

Essay is built up by modules. This gives you two conclusive advantages:

Essay is efficiently keeping track of all users.

Essay makes establishing an account necessary one time only, because Essay updates all the connected modules and databases automatically with the relevant information like for example name, pin code and access privileges.

Updating of user data is carried out by only one type-in in Essay as well. Expensive updating of several person databases filled with mistakes is thereby also a thing of the past.

With the Essay system, user cards are quickly issued and revoked. If a digital camera or Sagio's photo machine is connected, the user cards can be issued with a photo.

Essay is secured from abuse by a special chip card with login-rights and password.
